Strength Training Opportunity at Physiofit

physiofitJoin fellow triathletes and Josh Chance from Physiofit for a 12 week course designed specifically for you!

What: An hour long class every Saturday, for 12 weeks geared towards strengthening the weaknesses that result in competing in Triathalons.

When: Saturdays 9am-10am, kicking off Saturday, December 3rd

Where: Physiofit/ Berry Hill

Why: Triathletes put huge amounts of stress on their bodies which increases the likelihood of overuse and soft tissue injuries. The sport also puts the body in a constant state of anterior rotation which causes atrophy to many major muscle groups essential to compete at your highest potential. This class is aimed at strengthening and activating those neglected muscle groups and to increase your over all athletic ability.

Who: Coach Josh Chance, Director of Training at Physiofit will be programming, instructing, coaching and implementing this 12 week class. Coach Chance is a well versed strength coach, and fitness professional with over 8 years of collegiate Strength and Conditioning experience at the Division 1 level, as well as holding certifications from the SCCC, NSCA, and USAW.

Class rates start at $35 per drop in class or $25 per class if you sign up for the entire 12 week series.
